I'm so happy I added the Psychology of Stress class. We started a "stress journal" where we have to write like.. 3 pages or something everyday, and it's been really helpful. I'm doing homework and getting all this stuff of my chest. I use to write soooo much, but I slowed down a lot when I started college. I'm glad I got back into writing in a journal. :)
